At Tix & Mix, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must remain in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tix & Mix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
